International Expert for supporting a framework for the Directive Specific Implementation Plans (DSIPs)

To support the preparation of different DSIPs defining the transition period for the EU Water acquis implementation for specific EU-water related Directives and establish a framework methodology for their development in close cooperation with the main project beneficiary AMBU and other relevant institutions. This assignment shall build on the existing and available assessments / data and analysis / reports, both past and ongoing, in the sector.
